AT&T's CallVantage plan includes unlimited calling anywhere in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Standard and enhanced calling features include Voicemail, Caller ID, 3-way Calling, Speed Dial, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Call Return (*69) and Address Book (call logs and call lists), for $24.99 a month.
Additional features include Enhanced 911 and Conference Calling. Directory Assistance costs $.99 per call. At an additional cost you can add AT&T’s softphone service, virtual numbers and fax support.
CallVantage includes a free telephone adapter for the length of your service; however, you pay shipping and handling. AT&T charges a $29.99 activation fee and a $29.99 disconnect fee if you cancel your CallVantage service within one year of signing up.
Additional CallVantage plans include unlimited local calling for $19.99 a month and $.4 per minute long distance. For $49.99 you get a second line and unlimited calling to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
AT&T's website provides online help, FAQs, email support and telephone support. Customer support responded to our email less than 24 hours and answered all our questions.
