Standard features include Voicemail, Caller ID, 3-way Calling, Call Waiting, Call Blocking and Enhanced 911 Dialing. This service allows you to keep your existing telephone number, take your VOIP service with you, Click-to-Call, manage your account online and has Network Unavailable Forwarding.

Earthlink provides many helpful support features on their website like FAQs, telephone and email support, tutorials and live chat. However, live chat is not always available and when we spoke directly with customer service they were more interested in selling us their product than answering our questions.
