In addition to unlimited calling to the United States and Canada, iConnectHere’s World Plan includes Spain, Russia, Germany, UK and more. Additional plans include 800 calling minutes a month to the U.S. and Canada for $15.99 and a pay–as–you–go plan for $6.99 per month.

iConnectHere charges a one-time $29.99 activation fee and a $39.99 cancellation fee if the service is canceled between the end of the 30-day money back guarantee and your first 12 months of service. After one year of service you are free to cancel without penalty.

Features:  

iConnectHere’s standard features include Voicemail, Caller ID, 3-way Calling, Speed Dial, Call Waiting and Call Forwarding. Besides telephone to telephone VoIP service they also offer a free softphone download for computer to computer voice communication.

Ease of Installation/Setup:  

Setup is typical of VoIP services. You must have broadband internet service in place first. Connect the Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA), supplied free if you subscribe online, to the broadband modem then plug your phone into the adapter. You're ready to use your telephone as normal.

Help/Support:  

iConnect has a large FAQs section on their website but no telephone number to contact customer service. They offer form driven email for customer support needs. We emailed them some questions about their service and they replied with a comprehensive answer within 48 hours. A customer service phone number would be a major improvement.

The chief distinguishing feature of iConnectHere is the range of countries available on its international plans. If the countries correspond with your calling needs, this service might be for you. It's also nice to have the softphone option to make computer-to computer calls.
