Qwest's Broadband Phone Service offers standard calling features such as Voicemail, Caller ID, 3-way Calling, Speed Dial and Call Waiting for $39.99 a month. In areas that Qwest Broadband is available. This includes most of the Midwest and Upper Midwest.
Qwest charges an activation fee of $14.99 and includes a phone adapter. They do not charge a cancellation fee after 90 days of service, but if you cancel between 30 days and 90 day there is a $59.00 disconnect fee.
Enhanced features include Call Blocking, Find Me, Do Not Disturb and E911.
Qwest's website provides user guides, email support, live chat support, online help and frequently asked questions (FAQs). Unfortunately, Qwest does not have an email contact. We tried the live chat feature and after seven minutes of waiting for a representative we gave up and tried calling. We were on hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up the phone and the representative on the line was unsure of some of her answers.
