Call quality not bad, but company is one big fraud. Tried 6 times within a minute to recharge my account, even if I did NOT set up automatic recharge. No customer service. TIP: if you use Paypal, remove them from the authorized list, otherwise Skype might rob your paypal account without permission. Never, ever want to deal with these crooks again. It's the black sheep in the Ebay family. Don't buy Ebay shares as long as they still own Skype: I would not be surprised if litigation against Skype (and thus Ebay) is being prepared right now
