I've had Skype for about 6 months now. I'm an American living in Turkey and make most of my calls to the United States. The product itself is fine. But, should anything go wrong, you have no recourse. You can't talk to anyone. There's no online chat service. You send emails and get no response (other than an automated message with no answers). If you don't believe me, look up all the reviews on Skype Customer Service. If you are a current Skype member, look at some of the forums on the Skype site. Some people note that they are overcharged or charged multiple times and can't get anyone to respond to those issues. The customer service is horrific!
