I've been using skype for nearly a year with a full subscription and the problems keep coming. Among them are:
1. Incorrect charges (automatically charging my credit card twice with no recourse)
2. HORRIBLE customer service (or better yet, customer disservice)
3. Account incorrectly blocked (citing that I've somehow exceeded my limit of 6 hours per day by 7am my time)
4. Calls dropped constantly
Save yourself the trouble and avoid using Skype until they commit to making changes and improving customer support.
SKYPE GETS 2 THUMBS DOWN!!!
